Shipping & Returns

The shipping and handling charge depends on the destination and weight of your order. We use Fedex and Canada Post to ship your orders. You will see rates for each shipping options and you can select the which is appropriate for you. The delivery time (exact or approximate depending on your shipping option selection) is also given against each shipping option.
Tracking Numbers FedEx or Canada Post tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped.

Return / Exchange Policy

For any reason, if you are not pleased with your purchase, simply ship item(s) back to us according to the directions below for a full refund or exchange of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping). You have 30 days to exchange or return any item. For the fastest and easiest service, please follow these guidelines:

List the item(s) that you are returning.
Note the reason for the return.
If you are exchanging, let us know what you would like to replace the item with.
We recommend that returns be sent via UPS Ground. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
No refund on shipping charges on returned items only, we offer one exchange per order at no cost.

Canceling

You can cancel any order withing 1-12 hours (shipped orders can not be cancelled). There is a 3.5% cancellation fee. Leatherbazar.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange or money back refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange.
